Our Core Contruction projects consists of;

 

DEAKINS YARD, Newcastle-under-Lyme – Value of £23 million (As Main Contractor)

  • 288 student residential units,7 floors, underground parking/ gym /common areas.

 

SCOTLAND ROAD, Liverpool – Value of £2.4million (Main Contractor)

  • 26nr 2-bedroom residential units (75m2 each) with an underground car parking in Block A

  • The developer retained all the units; this allowed for a high specification for the large units, due to Melbrooke were delivering the scheme at 75% of the standard industry rates. This allowed them to retain the asset via mortgage, rentals services the loan. 

 

COMMERCIAL RD -  Liverpool – Value of 8.75million (Main Contractor)

  • 70 Units PRS at 1 & 2 bedrooms, high specification apartments over two traditionally build buildings.

  • Large amenities and carparking

  • Development on Canal side waterfront

 

GLADSTONE HOUSE, Liverpool – Value of £5.5m (Listed Building) (Main Contractor)

  • Overall value of 5.5m, but an internal refurbishment of £2.0million

  • Conversion from commercial to residential PRS (24 units),

  • Building of interest (façade) listed building

 

BASTION POINT, Liverpool – Value of £4.0m (As Subcontractor)

  • Civils, Groundworks & Concrete frame package to Phase 1.

  • Structural Concrete frame for 2 Levels of Carpark additional to Ground floor in readiness for a structural framing system erection on top of Concrete frame.

  • Engineering works to whole project.

 

THE LYCEUM, Manchester – Value of £2.5m (As Subcontractor)

  • Civils & Groundworks package with masonry works inclusive.

  • Retaining structures works to retain existing façade including underpinning works.

 

OUTRAM STORE STREET, Manchester – Value of 4.7m (As Subcontractor)

  • Concrete Frame Package (11 Storeys)

  • Civils & Groundworks package with masonry works inclusive.

  • Retaining wall – For Canals & Rivers Trust Agreement

 

BRIDGEWATER HOUSE, Manchester – Value of 8.5m (Main Contractor)

  • Listed Building Refurbishment works for 20 Units

  • New Build Construction for 32 units

  • Full Design & Build Project – Dual Works on one site

 

WEAVERS YARD, Cheadle– Value of 1.45m (As Subcontractor)

  • Civils & Groundworks package with masonry works inclusive.

  • Large Drainage System & Attenuation tanks

  • Substructure works in readiness for Timber Frame Houses
