Melbrooke was set up as a project management company, to provide services to its clients, the difference is Melbrooke, expertise and team, have also depth in the operational and delivery side of the business, it can offer the client, cost saving on the project, due to employing contractors and labour forces direct and negotiating material cost, within its supply chain.
Our team all work very closely together and are generally involved at all levels within the business giving us the edge on our competitors in that we can offer an exceptional level of customer service and providing real people with real values who are always obtainable and extremely passionate about our business.

Philosophy of the Company
The skills competency and track record has been proven many times and for many, many years within the industry. The team have worked together for over 25 years at different times and on different schemes and have been put together based on proven track records. We have a Civils, Groundworks & Concrete Frame division along with a Mechanical & Electrical division to our company which operates within and also independent, as a subcontractor to main developers.
Being lean and mean, to coin a phrase, and knowing the material/labour market very well allows us to be very competitive, the resources we have manages the directly employed labour and subcontractors and materials very effectively. Our commercial wing monitors and controls individual projects on a weekly basis.
We cut out the margins, main contractors need as the have larger OHP and margins have to be allowed for small to medium subcontractor.
This requires a very proactive and strong management team on site, these savings mean we our very attractive to development companies and our partnerships work well. This is not just a philosophy but a proven track record.

Melbrooke have a vast experienced and capable team directly employed within our project delivery service, which we believe gives us the opportunity to deliver any scheme on time and to a highly professional level, while still offering cost savings to clients and customers.
