We have worked in the health care sector and managed projects such as the new Nuffield hospital, Cambridge and the Deakin Centre Addensbrook Hospital (the second biggest hospital in Europe). in addition to smaller projects and various maintenance call outs in the North West.

 

Public Sector

We have been involved in very challenging projects including a 2 year project HMP Stocken where we were tasked with installing a new containment system throughout along with various other upgrade electrical works. this project proved incredibly difficult due to the stringent security measures in place.

 

Residential

More Recently Melbrooke have been heavily involved in the Residential Sector successfully winning and completing over 3000+ residential units throughout the UK.

 

These range from Student accommodation to luxury apartments to houses ect. Our massive experience in this sector means we can offer massive experience and knowledge to any potential developers or contractors.
